BRIAN KRUSE

Musical Theatre
Brian is a passionate teacher, who enjoys nothing more
than sharing his love of Tap and Musical Theatre with
his students. Brian has taught master classes for the
last 6 years in the United States and Canada. Brian also
has worked as director, Choreographer, Actor, Singer,
and Dancer. Some of Brian's more memorable roles
include, Harold Hill in "The Music Man", The King in
"The King and I", and Old Deuteronomy in Sir Andrew
Lloyd Webber's blockbuster musical, "CATS".
JENNIFER SOO
Ballet
Jen has had extensive training as a ballet dancer and
has been focusing on ballet through teaching for the
last 13 years. A local instructor for the last 6 years, Jen
Previously worked in the Lower Mainland with the
Squamish Youth Ambassador program, Still Dancing
Studio, Garibaldi School of Dance and Howe Sound
Secondary School. She has also worked with various
Vancouver theatre companies and holds a Certificate in
Performing Arts Management from Capilano College.
STACEY WEBBER
Jazz
Hip Hop
Stacey is an accomplished all round dancer with
extensive studies in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Lyrical & Musical
Theatre. She holds numerous certificates and awards from
past exams and competitions. Stacey has been teaching
Jazz, Tap, Lyrical Jazz, Hip Hop and Preschool Ballet for
the past 8 years. She has also worked with the Campbell
River skating club to help skaters with movement and
presentation, as well as choreographing many award
winning festival numbers. Stacey's fun and energetic
personality make it enjoyable for people of all ages to
enjoy the art of dance.
JENNIFER RILEY
Vocal Classes
Musical Theatre Program
Since 1998, Jennifer Riley has been the choral director at
GP Vanier Secondary School in the Comox Valley. She
currently teaches Concert Choir, Chamber Choir, Vocal
Jazz, musical theatre and modern music at Vanier.
In September of 1999, Riley created Cantiamo Chamber
Ensemble. Riley works to instill good vocal technique,
love of singing, and an appreciation and understanding of
a variety of choral literature in her ensemble.
Riley has directed a number of community and church
choirs over the past ten years, including the Campbell
River Singers, Celebration Singers and the Trinity Church
Choir. She has been a clinician for local choral festivals
and workshops and has taught private voice lessons for
nine years. Riley has musically directed several
productions with Rainbow Youth Theatre, a local summer
theatre program. She has been the vocal coach and
musical director for shows like "Annie", "West Side Story",
"Little Shop of Horrors" and "Urinetown".
Riley graduated from Brandon University in 1994 with a
Bachelor of Music, specializing in choral music, and a
Bachelor of Education.
