Brian has been studying dance for 26 years. His original training started in Tap, studying Al Gilbert’s renowned Stepping Tones syllabus. Brian has also studied Musical theatre for more than 20 years, as well as advanced training in Jazz and Ballet. Brian is the proud owner of the Brain Kruse School of Dancing. Brian also has numerous credits to his name as a director and choreographer for such shows as The Sound of Music, The Producers, Grease, Oklahoma, Annie as well as two Canadian Premiers – Thoroughly Modern Millie, and Curtains! The Musical.

Judy Weed will be taking over the ballet program. Judy had the good fortune to have excellent training at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, as a student. She later attended the teacher training at the National Ballet School’s school in Toronto. Judy started student teaching at the age of 14, and has been teaching ballet students for more than 20 years! Judy was a member of The Brandon Dance Ensemble and Dancestreams, and has trained in the following ballet styles: Cechetti, Vagonova and Royal Academy of Dance. Judy is going to be teaching the RAD Style, and is always updating her skills by taking professional development courses in this style.
